WHO WE ARE

A Plus Fair is an Istanbul-based exhibition stand design and fabrication company, founded in 2015. We work with brands across Turkey and Europe, managing every stage of a project in-house — design, production, and on-site installation. Our stands are built by our own team in our Istanbul workshop, with dedicated cutting, edge-banding, and painting departments — not outsourced to third-party carpenters. That means the same team that designs your stand is the one that builds it.

Our work spans two core systems: fully custom wooden stands, and our faster, lighter Maxima aluminium-frame system — alongside interior decoration for shops and offices. Recent projects include a 150 m² wooden stand for Mutlusan at Light+Building 2026 in Frankfurt, and a 72 m² Maxima stand for Kontensan at the Paint Istanbul Fair.

WHAT WE DO

We provide end-to-end exhibition stand services under one roof:

  • Wooden Exhibition Stands: Bespoke timber booths in laminate or painted finishes, built around a brand's identity and visitor flow
  • Maxima Stand System: Aluminium-framed booths with lightweight plywood panels, for a faster, cost-effective build
  • Interior Decoration: Shop and office interiors, from concept and 3D visualization through to final fit-out
  • Graphics & Branding: Custom graphics and logo application across any stand system
  • Logistics & On-Site Installation: Transport, on-site build, and dismantling, in Turkey and across Europe

HOW WE WORK

A consistent process, applied the same way for every project:

  • Requirement & Brief: One call to understand your show date, venue, booth size, and brand guidelines.
  • Concept & 3D Design: A photorealistic 3D render of your actual booth — layout, lighting, branding, visitor flow — before anything is cut.
  • Planning & Approval: Once the design is approved, materials, production schedule, and logistics are locked and documented before fabrication begins.
  • Fabrication: Carpentry, framework, graphics, and finishing — all completed in our own Istanbul workshop.
  • Logistics, Installation & Handover: Transport, venue permits, and on-site installation are managed end-to-end by our team.
